Dear Via Hope partners and supporters,

It is with great disappointment that we announce that Via Hope will not host the 2015 Wise Crowds conference, originally scheduled to take place in Austin on September 13-15.

Unforeseen changes to funding timelines have impacted September program activities, one of which is the Wise Crowds conference. As many of you know, re-mounting a conference of this quality within the same fiscal year would be a substantial undertaking due to dynamics of calendar conflicts, speaker availability, and staff priorities. Rather than considering dates for the same event this year, we are exploring how to produce a meaningful gathering of mental health transformation champions during 2017.

We have been inspired and overwhelmed by what you--the wise crowd of Texas transformation--have put forth to share with one another at Wise Crowds. The agenda for the conference was filled with imaginative, experience-informed content that would be extremely valuable to the work we do together. We look forward to identifying future opportunities to bring this content to you and further our work together with these kinds of events.

As always, Via Hope will continue to produce transformational learning events that promote recovery and resilience in Texas. We hope to prevent any other disruption in program activities this fall. Visit Viahope.org for updates and upcoming opportunities.

If you have already registered for the conference, you will be receiving a full refund of the registration fee shortly.

Thank you for your understanding.
